Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced the graduation of 20 employees from the Singapore Management University (SMU) Leadership and People Management Program, earning the Executive Certificate in Leadership and People Management.
The 18-month program featured interactive, discussion-based learning and practical case studies tailored to the banking sector. It is designed to equip participants with leadership tools to navigate evolving market dynamics.
In addition, 20 more BML employees completed a Certificate in Leadership and People Management through the bank’s in-house BML Academy.
“The investment in this program reflects our belief that human resources are our most valuable asset,” said BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef. “Our partnership with SMU is vital to building the leadership capacity needed for sustained success.”
