Ministry of Education said in a statement that the gift was presented by the Chinese Ambassador to Maldives Mr Wang Fukang and received by Education Minister Dr Aishath Shiham, at an event held at the Ministry today.
Education Ministry said the Minister and Ambassador also discussed possibilities for teaching Chinese Language to Maldivian students and avenues of cultural exchange between the two countries.
