Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) deliver the equipment and machinery needed for Noonu atoll Landhoo harbor upgrade project.
Moreover, the contract affirms dispatching the equipment and machinery on Wednesday, 12 August.
Additionally, MTCC confirms completion of partial project mobilization with the delivery.
The harbor upgrade project at Landhoo entails dredging and excavation operations spanning an area of 25,000 cubic meters and a breakwater construction in 401 meters.
Furthermore, MTCC will construct a quay wall spanning 256 meters in length along with pavement installation in an area of 1,280 square meters.
MTCC will further install navigation and streetlights under the project.
Moreover, the project contractor will install mooring buoys along with the construction of a ramp.
MTCC estimates the project value at a total of MVR35.60 million.
