Minister of Economic Development, Mohamed Saeed has said that the India is one of the culturally richest country in the world.
Minister Mohamed Saeed made this remark at the ceremony held to inaugurate “Dosti Exhibition” last night at National Art Gallery.
The Minister said that India is always prepared to give whatever assistance Maldives needs. He said that India has been providing Maldives with even cultural assistance since the establishment of the Indian Cultural Center on 2011.
Mohamed Saeed said that Indian Cultural Center was set up in July 2011 with the primary objective of enhancing cultural Relations and mutual understanding between India and Maldives.
