President Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed have hosted an Iftar for resident High Commissioners, Ambassadors and representatives of international organisations at the President’s Official Residence, Mulee'aage.
The President and First Lady welcomed members of the diplomatic community, who extended Ramadan greetings during the gathering. The event provided an opportunity for cordial exchanges and strengthened engagement between the Maldives and its international partners.
The Iftar forms part of a longstanding tradition of hosting resident diplomatic heads during the holy month of Ramadan. The annual gathering aims to reinforce diplomatic ties, promote goodwill and foster mutual understanding through shared cultural and religious observance.
