Maldives receives the prestigious 3rd place in the biggest tourism expo held in Berlin، Germany.

According to Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC)، Maldives received the grand award after beating various competing countries from Asia and Oceania.
South Korea received the first place for their stall، in the ITB Fair with India landing in the second spot with their creative stall.
Sri Lanka، who came closely behind Maldives received 4th place in the fair while Indonesia nabbed away the 5th place. Among the countries included in the top ten are; Kazakhstan، Philippines، Mongolia، Thailand and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration stall.
This years ITB fair held at Berlin، had more than 11،000 business stalls. The stalls were evaluated for awards by a team of 30 students doing their Bachelors and Masters in Cologne Business School.
