The Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has added an extra bus route to enhance easier transportation for thalassaemia patients to reach Orange Hiyaa.
MTCC announced the ‘R5’ route bus traveling to Hulhumale’ Phase I and Phase II will now make stops at Orange Hiyaa, which is part of President Muizzu’s pledge of enhancing easier accessibility for thalassaemia patients.
MTCC announced the new route, dubbed ‘R15’ will make stops at Orange Hiyaa, and published the route maps of the two altered bus routes.
The ‘R15’ route bus began making stops at Orange Hiyaa officially from 13:30hrs on Monday, May 5 onwards.
The corporation said patients who require additional formation can contact 1650 for further inquiries.
