Former President Nasheed has called all political parties and politicians to take initiative to reform Maldives.
He tweeted saying that decision made by Seena Zahir، Nadira، Hamdhoon Hameedh، Rashidha Yousuf، Aneesa and Athifa Shukoor to work together is a good sign.

In another tweet he also asked politicians to take initiative to reform Maldives. Previously Nasheed said that what Maldives need now is a transitional government. As of now there is an internal conflict in the ruling party between the Party President Maumoon and President Yameen.

Maumoon has consolidated all the powers within the party and suspended all committees of party without the approval of the party council.
