BML Islamic has launched several promotions for their customers. Customers that benefit from the promotion include customers with saving accounts, vadhee’a account and investment accounts.
Through this promotion, out of the customers opening a BML Islamic account, one raffle winner will win MVR 15,000, while 3 more winners will receive a prize of  MVR 5,000. Additionally, customers can also participate in information sessions and request for a more convenient account opening service.
The purpose of the BML Islamic account services is to allow citizens to save money and to gain profit from their savings. The BML Islamic Kids Saver account was inaugurated to provide Islamic banking services for minors under 18. BML Islamic general investment account allows customers to save money for a set period of time in compliance with Shari’ah Laws.
BML Islamic services are designed to comply with the Shari’ah Law with established international regulations on Islamic Banking. The money deposited by customers are stored in a separate fund and are only utilised in a manner which the Shari’ah accounts for. BML Islamic is run under the observation of a Shari’ah advisory committee, which consists of international Islamic Banking experts.
