President Yameen have said that he will gift 200 million Rufiyaa to a party that develops the 25-story building of IGMH for 40 million Rufiyaa.
He made this statement in a function held by PPM last night to welcome 2000 new members who joined PPM. The president made this statement during a time MDP PG leader Ibrahim Muhammad Solih have said that he saw a document from the financial committee of the parliament which shows that a foreign company proposed to develop the building for 54 million dollars.
The president said that instead of getting involved in such senseless talks, the opposition should engage in meaningful dialogue and the government will listen to them. President said that Maldives talks of green, white and red. He said that Maldives does not need speeches that involves hatred.
