Bank of Maldives (BML) announced after the brief hiatus allotted for Al'haa Eid period, banking services will recommence on August 14.
Accordingly, all branches of the bank would be open Wednesday the following week.
BML stated that the decision was made with the intent to better provide services to customers, affording more convenience during the holidays.
Customers will be able to access deposit, withdrawal and transfer services from any of the 46 self-service banking centers across Maldives, on a 24-hour basis during the Eid holidays.
Furthermore, BML offered assurances that ATM, Internet and Mobile banking services would not face any interruptions throughout the period.
