The Maldivian student Ahmed Usaid Ibrahim Afeef, who had been missing in Malaysia, was last seen at the Maldivian Embassy in Malaysia, his family revealed today.
According to details shared on social media by Usaid's father, Ibrahim Afeef, Usaid's wallet and student card were found at the embassy, and CCTV footage confirmed that Usaid had visited the premises. His father mentioned that Usaid was seen in good condition in the footage, wearing a red T-shirt.
The family expressed their gratitude to the Malaysian police, the Maldivian Embassy, and the public for their extensive assistance in the search for Usaid.
Usaid, who is pursuing his education at Monash University in Malaysia, went missing recently. Since then, both his family and the relevant authorities have been making significant efforts to locate him.
