Arabian Travel Market 2026 postponed to August

Visit Maldives Corporation (VMC) has announced that the 2026 edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) has been postponed.
The event, originally scheduled to take place in May, will now be held from 17 to 20 August 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. VMC said the decision to reschedule the 33rd edition of ATM was taken by organisers to prioritise the safety and well-being of customers, partners and colleagues.
According to VMC, the event organiser, RX, aims to provide the global travel and tourism community with greater confidence and flexibility to attend the event by moving it to August.
VMC stated that it will work closely with RX to manage all logistical adjustments related to the rescheduling. The corporation also assured that co-exhibitors participating in the Maldives stand will not face disruptions during the transition. All registered partners will retain their participation, including stand allocations and branding presence, which will be carried forward to the new dates.
As one of the world’s leading travel trade platforms connecting destinations, airlines and technology providers, ATM remains a key component of the Maldives’ international marketing strategy.
VMC noted that the revised August schedule presents a strategic opportunity to engage with Middle Eastern markets and global partners ahead of the peak winter tourism season.
The corporation also said its team will continue to support all participants throughout the transition and will provide regular updates to ensure a successful Maldives presence at the event in Dubai.
