During the event, the President launched BML's newly introduced Digital Wallet service, while the bank unveiled its rebranding of the SME Development Finance Corporation (SDFC), following its recent acquisition of a majority stake in the company. Over the past nine months, BML has successfully installed ATMs on 105 islands across 20 atolls. To mark this achievement, the President presented commemorative plaques to the team responsible for delivering the project, recognising their dedicated contributions.
