Dr. Ali Shameem has sworned-in as a member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).
Dr. Ali Shameem was appointed as a member of JSC by His Excellency President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom under article 158 (g) of the constitution.
The letter of appointment was presented to Dr. Ali Shameem by President Yameen at a special ceremony held today afternoon at the President’s Office.
Before this ceremony، the oath of office was administered to Dr. Ali Shameem by Interim Chief Justice، Abdulla Saeed.
