Dhiraagu has signed on as the Platinum Partner for the 2026 Hotelier Maldives Awards and the GM Forum, marking the second consecutive year the company is partnering with Hotelier Maldives.
The renewed agreement underscores Dhiraagu’s continued commitment to supporting the tourism industry, one of the main pillars of the Maldivian economy, by recognising professional excellence and fostering meaningful dialogue among sector leaders.
According to the company, the partnership aims to highlight the achievements of hospitality professionals while creating opportunities for constructive engagement among industry decision‑makers.
The Hotelier Maldives Awards 2026 will be the third edition of the national awards programme dedicated to recognising the talent and hard work of individuals and teams working across the country’s hospitality sector. It remains the only national platform focused exclusively on honouring professionals in the field.

The 12th edition of the GM Forum, meanwhile, is one of the most significant annual gatherings for resort general managers and senior tourism executives. The forum provides a platform to discuss industry trends, operational challenges, leadership development and the future of tourism in the Maldives.

He noted that the partnership helps recognise hospitality professionals and brings industry leaders together for meaningful dialogue that supports sector growth.
