BML opens three dollar ATMs

National bank, Bank of Maldives has opened three USD ATMs at its Self-Service Banking Center located near the Henveiru Artificial Beach in Male’ City.
The center now has two USD deposit and withdrawal ATMs, one USD deposit ATMS, and three MVR deposit and withdrawal ATMs.
The new ATMs were opened during a function held this Saturday morning by CEO and
Managing Director of BML, Andrew Healy.
Deputy CEO and Operations Director of BML, Mohamed Shareef said that a large number of the bank’s customers received their salaries and incomes in dollars, and that them being able to withdraw or deposit their money from ATMs instead of having to go to bank’s branches was a huge convenience.

He said the bank will continue to make investments to increase customer convenience.
Customers can withdraw up to USD 640 per day from the dollar ATMs and deposit MVR 25,000 worth of dollars. Corporate customers can deposit up to MVR 100,000 worth of dollars.
