An ATM of the national bank، Bank of Maldives، will be kept in Kaafu atoll Maafushi، says the bank CEO، Andrew Healy.
Speaking at the ceremony of opening the new money withdrawal hub in Maafushi today، Healy said that an ATM will be installed in Maafushi within the next three months، and highlighted that opening a money withdrawal hub in Maafushi is a gesture of development for a progressing island like Maafushi.
Healy further noted that the aim of the bank is to facilitate the best and the most feasible banking services to the public with easy access.
“We will open a support office، and install an ATM in Maafushi within the next three months،” Healy said.
The newly introduced service in Maafushi،، customers will be able to withdraw a total of MVR 2000 per day through BML operated POS Systems at BML agent، Kaanee Beach Hotel in Maafushi.
