Maldives delegation to the 13th Islamic Summit will be headed by Dr. Ahmed Ziyad، Minister of Islamic Affairs as Representative of the President of Maldives.
Preparatory Meeting of Senior Officials leading to the 13th Islamic Summit begins in Istanbul، Turkey. The two day meeting will be followed by Council of Foreign Ministers’ Meeting from 12 to 13 April 2016. The 13th Islamic Summit will commence on 14thApril 2016 and conclude on 15 April 2016 in Istanbul، Turkey.
Minister Dr. Ziyad will also attend the Meeting of Council of Foreign Ministers.
Minister Dr. Ziyad was accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Abdullah Hammed، Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to Saudi Arabia and UAE، Mr. Ibrahim Shaheeb، Additional Secretary and Ms. Aishath Jumana، Desk Officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
