President of Maldives Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom leaves on trip to visit two atolls of Maldives.
President Yameen is expected to visit the atolls of Noonu and Raa in his trip، in addition to this he is scheduled to officially open the premises of Maduvvari، Innamaadhoo and Landhoo’s powerhouses.
Apart from opening the powerhouse premises of these islands، he is expected to visit all of the mentioned islands respectively as well.
Earlier، President Yameen had confirmed that he will initiate visiting to atolls post Minivan 50 celebrations. In addition to this، President Yameen had also stated that he is unable to visit the atolls due to his duty at office in order to monitor and propagate the development of Maldives.
