PPM have said that the Tourism Minister Moosa Zameer is recovering after the emergency surgery.
An official from PPM said that، an angiogram was performed on Zameer after tests showed that 99% of his main artery was clogged.
Zameer was taken to the Negombo Hospital، at first، when he complained of chest pain and then later taken to Lanka Hospital. Zameer’s surgery was performed at Lanka Hospital. Officials say that his condition is now improving.
