The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, paid a courtesy call on President Dr Mohamed Muizzu on Thursday.
During the call held at the President’s Office, President Dr Muizzu warmly welcomed General Mirza to the Maldives. Their discussions centred on strengthening the longstanding bilateral relationship between the two nations and exploring new avenues for cooperation.
Concluding the meeting, both the President and the Chairman emphasised the importance of continued collaboration and reaffirmed their shared commitment to further enhancing the partnership between the Maldives and Pakistan.
