The Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) announced that the military’s “Street March” will take place in Hulhumalé today at 4:15 PM, marking a key event in the nation’s 60th Independence Day celebrations.
The march will commence near the Hulhumalé Synthetic Track.
Yesterday, a military parade featuring MNDF’s operations was held in Malé, attended by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and foreign dignitaries.
As part of the Independence Day festivities, a vessel parade is scheduled for 8:30 PM tonight on the main streets of Malé, with a second vessel parade set for 8:30 PM on July 28 at Hulhumalé Central Park.
