His Excellency Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), paid a courtesy call on His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu on Sunday afternoon at the President’s Office.
President Dr Muizzu warmly welcomed Mr Al Suwaidi and his delegation, expressing appreciation for their visit to the Maldives to witness the Independence Day celebrations and attend the inauguration of the new terminal at Velana International Airport. Mr Al Suwaidi conveyed his delight at witnessing the successful completion of the airport project.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed avenues for enhanced cooperation and explored prospects for strengthening collaboration in key sectors. The meeting concluded with both parties reaffirming their commitment to shared values and aspirations, and expressing optimism for the future of bilateral relations.
