President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has on Tuesday, appointed Sheikh Mohamed Latheef as Head Imaam of the Islamic Centre.
The appointment was made at the ministerial level.
Sheikh Mohamed Latheef has previously served as imam at the Islamic Centre.
