Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives International Culinary Challenge, the largest exhibition of the nature held in the Maldives, has begun today in Dharubaaruge.
The Expo was launched by Economic Minister Mohamed Saeed.
Speaking during the launch, Minister of Economic Affairs, Mohamed Saeed said that the exhibition was a vital platform through which local businesses can integrate with international businesses involved in the sector. He announced that specialized locations will be developed in areas such as Hulhumale’ which will facilitate more Expos.
Saeed said that business development was a vital aspect of independence, sovereignty and individuality, which were key elements the Government was working towards. He said this will facilitate to protect the nation’s interest and independence.
Minister Saeed thanked Lily International and other sponsors of the Expo.
