Maldives Immigration has cancelled passports of former President Nasheed، former Vice President Jameel and 3 others.
The other people whose passport that got cancelled are H.Haajraage Abdullah Lutfy، former Foreign Minister Ahmed Naseem and former chairman of RajjeTV Akram Kamaaludeen.
Immigration said that، fugitives and people that are wanted by the police cannot live abroad under a Maldivian passport. Hence the passport of these 5 people have been cancelled and reported to concerned authorities abroad.
However if they want to travel back to Maldives، Immigration will prepare travel documentaries for them.
