President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has assured that the concerns of the youth will be listened to and addressed by his Administration.
He made the statement in an interview at Velana International Airport, prior to departing on his official visit to Malaysia.
During the interview, the President reiterated his commitment to ensuring that the voices of youth are heard. He affirmed that his highest priority is to uphold the trust and confidence the public has placed in him, emphasising that he remains uninfluenced by any individual. He further stated that the Administration is both accountable and responsive to public concerns.
Addressing the sentiments of the youth, the President urged everyone to avoid allowing divisions and political opportunism to influence these concerns or sow discord in society. He reminded citizens that safeguarding peace is the responsibility of each and every individual.
