The patient visitation hours across Male’ area hospitals have been increased as of Sunday, March 9, 2025.
Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) Chief Executive, Ibrahim Abdul Razzaq in a post on X confirmed that the visitation hours of family and relatives to admitted patients at Male’ City Group hospitals will be from 17:00hrs until 22:30hrs.
The hospitals where increased visitation hours are effective include IGMH, Dharumavantha Hospital, Hulhumale’ Hospital, and Vilimale’ Hospital.
IGMH in a post on X confirmed that visitation hours have been increased with the exception of patients in Intensive Care Units (ICU) and Critical Care Units (CCU).
The increased visitation hours will become effective of Monday, March 10th until April 4th.
The visitation hours at IGMH, which attracts the highest number of patients on a daily basis in Male’ area, are normally between 17:00hrs and 20:00hrs.
