President Dr Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed are scheduled to exchange customary Eid ul-Fitr greetings with members of the public this year.
The reception will take place at the Official Residence of the President, Mulee’aage, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the day.
The President and the First Lady have extended a warm invitation to a broad spectrum of the community, including members of the public, State dignitaries, and the diplomatic corps. The invitation also includes representatives of state-owned and private enterprises, as well as delegates from non-governmental organisations.
The President and First Lady have expressed a particular wish to welcome families, especially encouraging children and young people to take part in the festive exchange.
To ensure the orderly conduct of the event, specific access arrangements have been established for visitors. Guests are requested to enter the grounds via the main gate of Mulee’aage on Medhuziyaaraiy Magu, with access facilitated through Shaheed Abdulla Zuhair Hin’gun.
