Bank of Maldives PLC has amended its home purchase loan، BML Home Loan، to make it more accessible and offer it widely to customers.
With the change implemented today، customers will now be able to purchase or refinance flats، apartments، row houses، or single unit condominium apartments across the country through BML Home Loan. The Loan was previously limited to home purchases in Male’ & Hulhumale only.
The new amendment had allowed the BML Home Loan available to customers despite owning a property in Male’ or Hulhumale’. Previously BML Home Loan was not offered to customers who hold a title of a property located in Male’ or Hulhumale’
The maximum loan amount of MVR15 million has also been waived and customers will now be able to purchase a home of any value.
With the maximum tenure offered in Madlives، BML Home loan is offered with 20 years repayment period.
Meanwhile، BML recently made positive amendments to Lui Express loan to make it more accessible and to add more value to the services given to its customers.
