BML’s head office in capital Male.
Bank of Maldives Ltd (BML) has issued a notice seeking a contractor to develop a 14-storey office building for the bank in capital Male.
According to the main bank, the new office building is to be developed in a land plot of 2,500 square feet. BML did not reveal the location but stated that an older two-storey building needs to be cleared before the project can commence.
It invited interested parties to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) before January 31.
BML further revealed that the new office building would boast state-of-the-art facilities, three elevators and basement parking.
Development is to be finished within two years.
The main bank currently does not have any of its own buildings in Male sans the head office and its branches.
