Singapore’s Silk Air to recommence Maldives operations on Dec 2020

Singapore’s airliner Silk Air is gearing up to recommence its Maldives operations following hiatus.
Earlier, the Singapore Airlines’ subsidiary wing put brakes on its Maldives operations due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
Reports confirm the subsidiary airliner to Singapore Airlines will recommence its operations on 1 December 2020.
Meanwhile, it is unclear when the parent airline from Singapore will restart its Maldives operations.
Silk Air will operate their Boeing 737-800s between the transfer routes.
Moreover, prior to the cessation of its operations to the island nation due to the viral pandemic weekly flights of Silk Air made landings at VIA.
