Kazakh champions Zhaiyk VC and Kyrgyzstani champions Bishkek are set to lock horns on Wednesday, in the final of the CAVA Men’s Champions League.
Six clubs are competing in the CAVA Men’s Champions League 2025 – the biggest men’s club volleyball competition in central Asia – underway at the Social Center Male’.
Zhaiyk and Bishkek secured their place in the final following their match on Tuesday afternoon, in which, the Kazakh club, ranked second in the table, beat table topper Bishkek in three straight sets.

Zhaiyk would have lost the chance of securing a spot in the final to Nepalese champions Help Nepal (HNSC) if it had won the match. But as things now stand, even if HNSC won its evening match against Sri Lankan champions Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLP) in three straight sets, it would still be level in points and sets.
Whether Bishkek advances to the final as the second-ranking team will be determined based on the set ratio. Even if HNSC wins the match, it still cannot beat Bishkek on set ratio.

Zhaiyk won Tuesday’s match in three sets of 25-18, 25-22, and 25-16.
Unlike previous matches, Bishkek’s performance was lackluster.
The final showdown between Zhaiyk and Bishkek will take place at 08:45 pm on Wednesday.
It will be aired live by SSTV.
