Health Protection Authority (HPA) of the Maldives has revealed the results of the isolated cases to test for coronavirus, has come negative, and now they are released from the surveillance of HPA.
In a news statement issued on Monday night, HPA stated that under the surveillance of detecting coronavirus infected cases, a person was isolated on 30 January, was tested for the virus and that his results came negative.
Moreover, 6 additional people’s samples were taken for testing even though there were no signs and symptoms of the virus and their test results also came negative.
The test results were informed to them and based on the results they are relieved from the surveillance of HPA. With that, there is no further case isolated and in the surveillance of HPA, said HPA.
