Kyrgyzstan champions Bishkek moved to the top of the table on Monday after an easy win against Maldivian champions Dhivehi Sifainge Club (DSC) in the CAVA Men’s Champions League.
The CAVA Men’s Champions League – the biggest men’s club volleyball competition in central Asia – is taking place at the Social Center Male’ from July 17-23.
On late Monday afternoon, Bishkek continued its winning streak in the tournament by defeating DSC in three straight sets of 25-23, 25-16, and 27-25.

With the results, three clubs now have the chance to advance to the final; Bishkek, Kazakh champions Zhaiyk VC and Nepalese champions Help Nepal (HNSC).
The CAVA Champions League is a round-robin tournament, where all clubs play against each other. The two clubs that score the highest points will compete in the final for the championship trophy. Meanwhile, the clubs that place third and fourth will play a ranking match, while the clubs that place fifth and sixth will compete in a play-off match.
