Sun Badhige: Bread Lasagna

A more affordable alternative to the classic lasagna - this bread lasagna recipe is a perfect quick fix for your Italian food cravings. All you need is just a handful of ingredients available in the pantry.
Ingredients:
1 bread
1 tuna can
1 carrot (grated)
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
½ inch ginger (2 tsp)
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 scotch bonnet
1 capsicum
1 leek
1 tomato
Tomato sauce
Chili and garlic sauce
Fried chicken chili sauce
Oyster sauce
Soya sauce
6 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
How to make:
To make the sauce, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and curry leaves.
Add in grated garlic and ginger and chopped capsicum and scotch bonnet.
Add in grated carrot and leeks.
Add in the canned tuna.
After a few minutes, add in the sauces and mix.
Add in salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer at low heat for three minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in salt and pepper.
For the lasagna sheets, cut off the crusts of the bread and place it in a tray.
Spread the prepared red sauce on it, add the egg mixture, and then place in bread slices and repeat.
Top off the top layer with sliced tomato.
Place it inside an oven and bake until the egg is cooked.
