43rd Milo National Badminton Championship has been won by Police Corporal Mohammed Sarim Rasheed.
Sarim won the championship by playing against Hussain Zayan Shaheed Zaki in the finals. He won by 2-1.
Even though Zayan won the first game of the finals by 18-21, Sarim improved his play and won the next two games. Sarim won the first game by 16-21 and the second one by 14-21.
Sarim played in the semi-finals of doubles event and mix doubles event final. Sarim’s pair lost in the mixed doubles finals from 2-1 game.
