All Maldivian pilgrims who are currently in Saudi Arabia for the Hajj pilgrimage has completed Umrah.
Speaking with VNews, President of the Maldivian Hajj Mission Ali Shareef said that all Maldivian pilgrims have completed Umrah and that most of them are now in Madinah. They are pilgrims who are travelling with Hajj Corporation, Sisilfaru Hajj Group, Mina Hajj Group, and Acro Hajj Group.
He said that pilgrims travelling with Al Haramain Hajj Group will reach Madinah this afternoon.
All pilgrims travelling with Zaee Hajj Group have completed their tour of Madinah and departed to Mecca, along with some 500 pilgrims who came with Hajj Corporation.
Ali Shareef said that in their tour of Madinah, pilgrims visit Masjid Al Nabawi, Masjid Al Quba and the site of the Battle of Uhud.
He said that all pilgrims are faring well despite some complaints of common cold.
