Football Association of Maldives (FAM) has announced their plan to hold a seminar to discuss the football community’s thoughts on establishing alterations to the basic guidelines of the Association, ensuring advantages and progress to Maldivian football.
FAM instigated this plan upon request from FIFA to reform the guidelines.
FAM stated that they request members of the Maldivian football family to join the discussion. They noted that opportunity will be given for members of the Maldivian football community to interact and ask questions to the associations Ex-Co’s.
“We thank Ex-Co members for their involvement in every event or plan instigated to ensure the progress of football in the Maldives. Since basic guidelines will undergo modifications, we will need full support and assistance of the Maldivian football family, and I have no doubt that they will contribute,” stated FAM President Ilham Mohamed.
FAM noted that they are presently planning the seminar and stated that a place and time will be announced shortly.
