Education Minister Dr. Aishath Shiham has visited schools of four islands H.A. Atoll، and observed the conditions of schools.
Minister visited Uligamu Madhrasa، Thuraakanu Madhrasa، Molhadhoo School and Ihavandhoo Madhrasa to observe the conditions of those schools.
On the trip that Education Minister began on Thursday، she is expected to visit 15 schools of H.A. Atoll and has already visited Baarah School in H.A. Baarah، Madhrasathul Salah in H.A. Filladhoo، Madhrasathul Sheikh Ibrahim in H.A. Kelaa، Vashafaru Madhrasa، H.A. Atoll School in Hoarafushi and checked the conditions of the schools.
On this trip، the minister met with the senior management، teachers، school board، PTA committee of schools and also the council.
During these meetings، Minister shared information about the government’s educational policies. She also talked about the work Education Ministry is doing under government’s policy to involve every every child and make sure that ‘no child gets left behind’.
The Minister is expected to visit Maarandhoo، Thakandhoo and Dhidhdhoo on her trip today.
Minister has recently visited all schools of H.Dh. Atoll، F. Atoll and all schools of Dh. Atoll as well، to inform the schools and parents about the government’s educational policy as much as possible.
