Bank of Maldives has introduced BML insurance today.
BML informs that with the introduction of BML insurance، all 27 branches of the bank will expansively provide the insurance services to the customers.
The insurance policies from BML insurance service is given out by Allied Insurance Company of Maldives under their responsibility.
BML insurance consists of 6 different plans targeted for different uses. This includes Home Takaful، Motor Insurance، Mortgage Protection Plan، Individual Term Insurance، Fire and Marine Health Insurance.
Speaking at the press conference held today in Bank of Maldives Head Office to introduce the BML insurance، CEO and Managing Director of BML، Mr. Andrew Hilly said with the introduction of BML insurance، customers no longer have to go anywhere else for insurance and that this service will be provided by all the branches of BML.
“Receiving insurance services in addition to banking services under one roof is a huge comfort for the customers. It is specially noted that customers in the islands who seek our services will also be getting the insurance service”، said MD.
Speaking at the press conference، Managing Director of Allied Insurance، Ahmed Ameel said this partnership is a huge step in the field of finance in Maldives and that both Bank of Maldives and Allied Issurance are companies which play a huge role in the society and in the business environment.
“I hope that this partnership will benefit both the companies and the customers as well”، said Ameel.
