Bank of Maldives Plc. (BML) has announced the appointment of new Board Directors.
In an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held this morning – the director nominated by the government and appointed to the Board is Aishath Sajny, Tharividhaage, S. Hithadhoo.
The director nominated by public shareholders and appointed to the Board is Abdulla Naseem, Karanka Villa, HA. FIlladhoo.
With these new appointments – the directors nominated by the government and appointed to the Board are:
