President departs on official visit to three countries

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has departed on an official visit to Qatar, Serbia, and Germany.
In the first leg of the trip, President Solih will visit Doha, Qatar, where he will attend the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC5) to be held from March 5-9. The purpose of the conference is to accelerate sustainable development in regions most in need of international assistance.
In addition, President Solih will then travel to Serbia where the two countries are set to sign a number of agreements. Afterward, he will travel to Berlin, Germany, where he will meet with the President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and hold bilateral discussions between the two countries.
