Youth of Th.Guraidhoo have said that they will always remain with President Yameen.
Speaking at the ceremony held at PPM office earlier today to submit membership forms of 55 youth of Guraidhoo who newly joined PPM, the youth of the island said that they still have more forms and after completing it they will submit 100 forms before the end of this year.
They said that in 2013 elections, President Yameen got the highest percentage from Th.Guraidhoo in all three rounds. They said that even in future the President will get the same support from the island. “Last time MDP got around 100 votes. But this time they wont even get that much” said the youths. They said that they are joining PPM because of the projects conducted by President Yameen for the youth. They noted projects like housing and entertainment especially.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Vice President of PPM, Moosa Zameer said that they will soon hold a mega rally in Guraidhoo as well. Even now the 5 councillors of Guraidhoo are PPM members. They said that even this time they will elect PPM members for the council.
