World renown Islamic Scholar Mufti Ismail bin Moosa is set to visit Maldives on November to give a religious lecture.
Mufti Menk visited Maldives last year as part of the, “the message” program by Islamic Ministry. This time he is coming to Maldives on an invitation by Jamiyyathuh Rahma, an NGO involved in raising awareness about Islam.
The date of his arrival has not been confirmed yet. The topic of his lecture would be on the right of one muslim on the other muslim. Lecture given by Menk last year was well received by the public and also he is well known among the youth of the Maldives as he is very active on social media. In last year’s lecture Menk talked about various social problems faced by muslims societies around the world.
Mufti Menk studied in prestigious Medina University.
