Resolution by Nasheed

A resolution to be issued by Nasheed’s administration, which states that government institutions should not implement lower court orders, and dismisses lower court Judges from employment, has been leaked.
Also leaked is another resolution, for the constitution of a Judicial Reform Commission to reform and improve the judicial system.
This resolution states that the Judicial Reform Commission constituted by the President according to article 115 of the Constitution, should complete its work by 16 February 2012.
