CEO of MWSC Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed have said that the aim of the company is to supply Taza brand water to all islands of Maldives, at the same rate as Male’.
Speaking to the press today Fazul said that they are planning to start bottling plants in Kulhudhuhfushi, in addition to R.Duvaafaru. He said that they are also doing a feasibility study on Maafushi to establish a bottling plant in that island. He said that MWSC aims to create such plants all around the Maldives in future.
He said that, when the cost incurred for transportation is deducted, the water bottles can be sold in the islands at the same price as Male’. He said that the people will benefit immensely from this. He said that the government wants to make life easy for people.
Taza brand water bottles are well received in Male’ area.
