Chinese Ambassador to the Maldives Wang Fukang has stated that President Xi Jinping has assured that China will lend all assistance possible to the country.
Speaking to press in Housing Ministry, Ambassador said that President Xi was deeply interested in developing the social sector of the nation. He said that China will continue to lend assistance to the Maldivians.
The Ambassador said that China will work together with Maldivians.
He made the statement speaking in the signing ceremony of MOU to create 15 km road in Hahdhunmathi. The project is expected to cost around US$ 30 million and is funded by grant aid from China.
