Another suspect alleged regarding the case of the missing reporter of Minivan News، Rilwan Abdulla، 28، has been arrested by Police on Tuesday.
Under a court order، in the early hours of Tuesday، a 25 year old male was arrested in Male’، Police reported.
The court has ordered 5 days detainment for the suspect، to carry out the investigation.
On 27th September، 3 suspects were arrested by Police alleged of being linked to the case of the missing reporter. Two of the arrested were given detention for 5 days while the other for 7 days، by the Criminal Court.
Informing to Vaguthu، Police Media Official said arresting another suspect ‘takes things further in the investigation’ and the progress is the result of their carefully executed plans.
And with this progress، they will bring happy news for the people regarding the missing reporter.
“In Sha Allah، we will bring satisfying news regarding Rilwan after this progress”، Media Official said.
The missing case of Rilwan was reported and filed to Police on 13th August.
